Our exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind while purchasing luxury ethnic wear.

Return Window

We offer exchanges within **7 days** of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Exclusions

Custom-tailored blouses, sarees completed with custom fall/pico additions, and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

Simply send a WhatsApp message to our customer care at **+91 98765 43210** or email **support@tharithreads.com** with your Order ID and photos of the item. Our support executive will coordinate the reverse pick-up or exchange item selection.
